eQuality Scholarship Collaborative

eQuality Scholarship Collaborative honors and encourages northern and central California students for their service to the lesbian/gay/bisexual/transgender community by providing scholarships for post-secondary education at approved institutions. The Collaborative was the first scholarship program in the country primarily funded by employee resource groups to award scholarships for LGBT community service. It is now the joint effort of a group of organizations based in the San Francisco Bay Area as well as individuals.

Since 1990, the Collaborative has awarded more than $360,000 to over 170 students—LGBT community members and straight allies.
